Mr. Ashley S. Rose is an attorney licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Central
District of Illinois, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been in practice since 1978. Since 1998 he has focused his practice exclusively on Social Security disability appeals.
Mr. Rose only accepts representation of claimants whose Social Security administrative claims have been denied by the Appeals Council (AC) of the Social Security Administration. His representation is limited to pursuing civil actions in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central districts of Illinois, the Eastern and Western districts of Wisconsin, and appeals to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals (covering Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin).
If you have been denied by the AC, your next step is to appeal to federal court. Mr. Rose has had many years’ experience in prosecuting such cases. His success rate is exceptional.
If you wish to retain Mr. Rose to represent you in federal court, you must furnish him with the denial by the AC and the unfavorable (or partially favorable) decision by the administrative law judge who denied your claim after a hearing. Mr. Rose will inform you whether he can help you and if so, what further steps will be necessary to proceed.
